If the issue cannot be solved via email – no one is left behind. There is a way to guarantee you get a working module:
If I determine we cannot solve the issue(s) via email, we can do a trade in.
Simply pay the difference between your product (kit or PCB/Panel) and a Built and Tested version, and to and from shipping, and send in your module. I will repair or replace it at my discretion, and send you a working module.
