The Eurorack Power Cable sports 10-pin and 16-pin headers (one on each end), so you're all set and ready to make music. All Eurorack Power Cable are over 10" (254 mm) in length.

Eurorack modules generally need both positive (+) and negative (–) 12 dc voltage. This current goes into your power supply, then goes to the bussboard using a 16 pins IDC ribbon cable. The buss board distributes this power to modules with 10-16 pins IDC Eurorack Power Cables like this one.

These cables are "correctly" keyed in relation to the red (-12v) ribbon conductor so are suitable for use with both shrouded and un-shrouded headers.

AI Synthesis modules have a stripe on the PCB indicating -12v. You want to align this stripe with the stripe on the Eurorack Power Cable and the negative pins of the power buss board.
